LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday reiterated that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) rigged the previous general elections in their respective areas.
He took to Twitter to say that all three parties selected their own ‘umpires’ before contesting the elections 2013.
In 2013 GE, MQM, PPP & PMLlN had first selected their own umpires (ECP ); then with their collusion the 3 parties rigged the 2013 elections in their respective areas. No wonder afterwards they all got together to prevent PTI from holding an investigation. Hence the dharna by PTI

He further said that the vote bank of PML-N stood high in the elections just due to the rigging, adding: “Now it must be clear to all how PML-N vote bank went from 6.8 million in 2008 to 15 million in 2013.”
Therefore, we were right in doing the dharna to get an investigation so next elections would be free and fair. Now it must be clear to all how PMLN vote bank went from 6.8 million in 2008 to 15 million in 2013! https://t.co/656K8fos4f
