LAHORE: Pakistan Army on Tuesday refuted the media reports circulated by the Indian media about the crossing of Line of Control (LoC) by Indian soldiers.
According to a statement issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), no Indian soldiers crossed the LoC and the false reports circulated by the Indian media were only meant to satisfy their domestic audience.
“No Indian soldier crossed over LOC. Indian media claim is continuation of their self defeating projections to satisfy domestic audience,” the statement said.
On Tuesday, three soldiers of the Pakistan Army were martyred when the Indian forces opened unprovoked fire across the border near Rakhchikri sector of LoC. One soldier was left injured.
Indian media circulated false reports that Indian soldiers had crossed the LoC to conduct a raid at a Pakistan Army post.
