ISLAMABAD – An active weather system, presently giving rains over Balochistan, is heading towards Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and very likely to intensify.
Under the influence of this strong weather system, widespread rains are expected over Pakhtunkhwa on Friday and Saturday. According to Met Office, scattered heavy at times very heavy downpours expected over upper parts of Pakhtunkhwa, including Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Mardan and Kohat divisions during Friday evening to Saturday that may trigger flash floods in the vulnerable areas of the province.
