LAHORE: As the election season draws near, the political gatherings are taking pace throughout the country. So this Sunday, there will be four major political parties, Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Awami National Party (ANP), holding public meetings in various cities of the country.
The ruling PML-N will flex its muscle in Sangla Hill where former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and his daughter Maryam Nawaz are going to address the crowd.
PTI Chairman Imran Khan will be in Karachi as a part of his national drive for the party membership. He has already announced contesting elections from eight seats this election and Karachi’s NA-250 is most likely to be one of them.
Meanwhile, PPP will take it to PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s constituency as party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will address the party supporters in Kotla Satian.
Meanwhile, ANP chief Asfandyar Wali Khan will be holding a public gathering in Nowshehra.
